| Why can't I log in to my Kreen account? |
To access your account, please ensure that you are using the same method you used when you first registered in the Kreen app. There are five options for logging into the Kreen app: through Email, Phone Number, Apple, Facebook, or your Google account.
| How do I change my account information? |
You can change your account information by following these instructions:
- Open the Profile tab in the upper right corner of the application
- Click the "Profile" button in the dropdown menu
- Update the information in the provided form
- Click the "Save Profile" button at the bottom
| What does 'primary email' mean? |
The Primary Email is the email address we use to contact you regarding detailed event information through newsletters. You can use a different Primary Email from the one you use to log in/register.

Primary Email is the email address we can use to contact you regarding detailed event information through newsletters. You can use a different Primary Email from the one you use to log in/register.
- Open the Profile tab in the top right corner of the application
- Click the "Profile" button in the dropdown menu
- Select the password menu on the right-hand side of the account menu
- Enter your old password and then enter your new password twice
To maintain the security of your account, use a unique password to log in to the Kreen app and do not share your password with others. If you continue to have issues accessing your account, please contact us at nameemail@mail.com.

All accounts on Kreen must use a verified email, which will be used in the booking and ticket purchasing process
| Why am I not receiving emails from Kreen? |
Please check your email account's "Spam" or "Junk" folder to ensure that the message hasn't been filtered there. Also, make sure the email you're using in the Kreen app is correct by checking the Profile tab, then selecting Profile. If you still haven't received emails from Kreen, please contact us at register@kreen.id.

No, you cannot delete your account on Kreen using access from your own account. If you wish to permanently delete your account, you can submit a request to delete your account to us so that we can delete your account permanently through cs@kreen.id.

You can create a Kreen account using an active email address, logging in through Facebook, or using your Google account.
