| How do I change the schedule of tickets that I have purchased? |
Tickets that have already been paid for cannot be changed. This is stated in the terms and conditions during ticket booking. If you encounter any issues with your tickets, please contact our Customer Service via cs@kreen.id or WhatsApp/SMS at +62 818-0783-9328.

Kreen provides information about events, attractions, and exciting activities that match your interests. You can also discover events/movies/exciting activities and then book tickets directly from the Kreen app and website.
| How much does it cost to feature an event or activity on Kreen? |
To have your event or activity featured on the Kreen app and website, there are various collaboration options with Kreen that involve different costs depending on the features and services you receive. Please contact us at cs@kreen.id for detailed information about collaboration costs with Kreen.
| How do I book activities offered by Kreen? |
Find the event you want and follow the instructions below based on the type of activity (event or venue) you are booking and the Kreen channel (app, website) you are using to purchase tickets.
Booking an event through the Kreen app:
- Select the desired ticket.
- Choose the quantity of tickets.
- Click "Buy."
- You will be directed to a form to fill out your contact details.
- Complete the payment within the specified time or your ticket will be considered canceled (specifically for paid events).
- After payment is completed, your ticket will automatically appear on the "My Order" dashboard in the Kreen app.
Booking attraction tickets through the Kreen app:
- Select the desired attraction ticket.
- Choose the visit date and quantity of tickets.
- Click "Book Now."
- Fill out contact details in the checkout form.
- Click "Continue Payment."
- Choose a payment method and complete the payment.
- Then view your e-ticket in the "My Order" menu on the dashboard.

| Do I need to have a Kreen account to visit or book tickets? |
Registration to use Kreen services is mandatory because you need to provide a valid, complete, and accurate name, email, and phone number to enjoy our full services.
| Is there a specific time limit for ticket reservations? |
When booking tickets, you must make payment within a specified timeframe for all types of activities we offer. If payment is not made within this timeframe, the tickets you have reserved will be canceled.
| Do I have to use my ticket on a specific date? |
For most activities, your e-ticket is only valid for the date you selected during booking. However, for certain venues, a specific ticket may be valid for a specified period (e.g., Annual Pass ticket). Please check the 'View Ticket' section on your ticket details to see until when your e-ticket is valid.
| How do I order tickets for an online event? |
Ordering tickets for an online event using the Kreen Website is the same as ordering tickets for an offline event.

- You will receive the ticket in the My Order menu or your email

- Pay attention to any instructions from the organizer regarding items to bring or information to review before attending the event.
- Check the application or online streaming service provided by the organizer. Make sure your device meets the requirements.
