| How do I order tickets for an online event? |
To order tickets for an online event using the Kreen website, follow the same steps as you would for ordering tickets for an offline event:
- Go to the link kreen.id
- Register if you haven't already
- Find the event you wish to attend
- Follow the instructions to complete the booking process
- You will receive the tickets in your My Orders menu or via email
| After purchasing tickets for an online event, what should I do next? |
For an online event, typically you need to do the following:
- Wait until the online event link is available according to the schedule. This link can be accessed through the Kreen App, Kreen Website, or your email.
- Prepare the device you will use to join the event. Some online events can be attended via smartphone, while others are better experienced using a laptop, PC, or tablet.
- Pay attention to any instructions from the organizer regarding what to bring or review before attending the event.
- Check the online streaming platform or app provided by the organizer. Make sure your device meets the requirements.
| Where can I find the link to join an online event? |
You can find the link in the Kreen App, Kreen Website, and your email:
- Using the Kreen App or Website
- Log in to your Kreen account
- Go to the "My Orders" menu
- Click on the ticket for the event, then view the ticket details
| Why hasn't my e-ticket been issued yet? |
Your order will be automatically canceled if the time expires and payment is not received by the system.
| How can I change the schedule of the ticket I purchased? |
Tickets that have been paid for cannot be changed. This is stated in the terms and conditions during ticket booking. If you are experiencing issues with your ticket, please contact our Customer Service at cs@kreen.id or via WhatsApp/SMS at +62 818-0783-9328.
