Kreen also provides beneficial services for activity organizers who wish to manage their experience-based businesses in real-time and with reliability.
| Is it possible to create an activity with multiple selectable schedules? |
Yes, partners only need to specify multiple schedule options for their activities. The Kreen application will display available schedule choices, allowing users to easily select their preferred time.
| How does Kreen's payment system work for activity organizers? |
Organizers can withdraw funds through the Cash Withdraw
menu on the Kreenplus dashboard specifically designed for organizers. To qualify for withdrawals, organizers must have their designated bank account registered within the Kreen app.
| If one type of ticket has sold out on Kreen, the available tickets for the other types will still be displayed on the Kreen seller page. Users can still purchase the tickets available for the types that have not sold out. |
Yes. If one type of ticket has sold out, the other types of tickets will still appear on the Kreen app and can still be purchased by Kreen users. The sold-out tickets will be labeled as "Sold Out" and cannot be purchased by users anymore.
