| When will I receive payment for the tickets that have been sold? |
All payments are scheduled to be processed within a maximum of 3 working days after the billing is submitted (through the 'Bill Payment' button on the sales report page) and/or the physical invoice is received by the Kreen finance team
| How much does it cost to sell tickets for activities on Kreen? |
There is no charge for listing an activity on Kreen. However, if paid tickets are sold through us, there is a fee applied to each ticket sold.
| Does Kreen's payment system support multiple currencies? |
Currently, we can only process payments in Indonesian Rupiah.
| I entered incorrect bank information, how can I correct it? |
Please follow these steps to correct your bank information:
- Click on the "Cash withdrawal" menu
- Click on the edit button for the saved bank
- Input the changes you want to make
- Click the "Save" button
