| Can I create activities through Kreenplus? |
Yes, if you already have a Kreenplus account, it only takes a few minutes to create an activity.
| How to create an activity on Kreenplus? |
To create an activity on Kreenplus, make sure you have an account registered with an organization on Kreenplus. Here are the steps to create an activity on Kreenplus:
- Login using your account
- Click the "Create event" button on the dashboard menu
- Select the type of event to create (Online/Offline)
- Enter the event details, including event name, description, event poster, speakers, moderators, door prizes, event date, sponsors, and others.
- Click "Save and Continue"
- Enter ticket information for the event
- Click "Save and Continue"
- Enter additional information if needed
- Click "Publish"
| How to add a new location? |
The Kreen system has thousands of location points, but if you cannot find your activity location, you can add a new location. Here are the steps to create a new location:
- In the Location column, position the map pin on the "location coordinate" column.
- Then enter the complete address as additional information.
| How to create a free ticket? |
Here are the steps to create a free ticket:
- When creating the event, go to the "Create ticket" section
- Change the ticket type to "free ticket"
- Enter the ticket name
- Enter the number of tickets and the minimum and maximum number of tickets that can be purchased per user
- Click the "Save and continue" button
| How to create a 'Paid Ticket'? |
Steps to create a paid ticket:
- When creating the event, go to the 'Create ticket' section.
- Change the ticket type to 'Paid ticket'.
- Enter the ticket name.
- Specify the quantity of tickets and the minimum and maximum number of tickets that can be purchased per user.
- Enter the ticket price.
- Click on the 'Save and continue' button.
| Why can't I display the activities I've created? |
Please make sure you have completed all mandatory information on the Activity Information tab, added Activity Tickets, and verified your email account.
| Active event", "Past event", and "Draft" mean the following: |
- "Active event": Status for activities that are ongoing or upcoming.
- "Past event": Status for activities that have already occurred.
- "Draft": Status for activities that are incomplete or not yet ready to be published.
| How do I view the list of participants for my activity? |
To view the list of participants for your activity, ensure that the activity has been published and/or tickets have been sold. Follow these steps to view the list of participants:
- Click on the "Participants" page on the EO dashboard.
- Click on the "attended participants" button.
| Can I make changes to an event that has already been published through Kreenplus? |
Yes, if you need to make changes, follow these steps:
- Click on the "my event" menu on the dashboard.
- Click the "edit" button on the event information.
- Make changes to the fields you want to update.
- Click the "Save" button.
| I created a shortlink or a specific URL for my activity, but it didn't work. |
The special URL feature allows you to promote your activity by creating a unique and easily shareable link. If you want to create a special URL, ensure that the URL:
- Has not been used for any other activity.
- Cannot be changed once the activity is published.
- Consists only of letters and numbers (no other symbols are allowed).
| Can I obtain additional data or information from customers? |
Certainly! You can request any additional data or information that you need. For example, you might want to gather information such as job type, feedback, event messages, hobbies, and more.
| How to change the description of a published activity? |
If you need to modify the description of a published activity, follow these steps:
- Click on the "My event" menu.
- Select the event you want to edit.
- Click on "edit".
- Make changes to your activity description.
- Click the "Save" button.
| Can I stop ticket sales that are currently ongoing? |
You can easily stop the sale of all tickets with the status "Currently Selling."
| Can I create an online event through Kreenplus? |
Creating an online event on Kreenplus is easy. We have a simple feature where your participants will receive the link you created when registering for the event.
| How to create an online event on Kreenplus? |
Steps to create an online event:
- After logging in, click the "Create event" button.
- Select the Online event type.
- Choose the media platform you will use for the online event.
- Add the date, time, and other event details.
- Include the streaming link.
- Publish your event.
| How do online participants get the link to access my streaming link? |
Information regarding the online event link is provided in each participant's e-ticket.
