| I am unable to access my Kreenplus account as I have forgotten my password. |

| Can I log in to Kreenplus using my existing Kreen App account? |
No, you need to upgrade your account to Kreenplus by fulfilling certain specified requirements.
| Can I use one email to access multiple organizations? |
Yes, you can access multiple organizations that are registered under your account name in Kreenplus.
| How do I view organization information if I have more than one organization? |
- Click on your profile in the top right corner of the website.
- Select the "My Event" menu.
- You will be directed to a page listing the organizations you own.
- Choose the organization you wish to access.
| Can I change my email address? |
Yes, to change your registered email address, you can do so by following these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on your profile in the top right corner of the website.
- Click on the "Profile" tab.
- Under the email section, click the "Change Email" button.
- Enter your new email address.
- Click "Save and Verify Email" button.
You will receive a verification code at your new email address. Please verify it. Once verification is successful, you can access Kreenplus with your new email address.
| How do I verify my account? |
How to verify your account:
- Login to your account.
- Click on your profile in the top right corner of the website.
- Click on the "Profile" tab.
- Click the "Verification account" button.
- Open your inbox from Kreen in your email and click the "verification" button in the email body.
| Why do I need to provide bank and ID card (KTP) information? |
Providing bank and ID card (KTP) information is necessary for facilitating billing and payment processes. Your bank information will be used to transfer proceeds from sales after deducting Kreenplus service fees. Meanwhile, your ID card (KTP) is required for identity verification and accountability purposes.
